We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Reception Administrator to be the first point of contact for visitors, manage front office operations, and provide administrative support across the organization.
He/She report to the HRD Greece.
Managing Communication
Answering and directing phone calls
Handling incoming and outgoing emails.
Communicating with internal staff, clients, vendors, and other external contacts.
Drafting, proofreading, and formatting correspondence such as memos, emails, and letters
Meeting and Event Support
Preparing meeting agendas and materials
Booking conference rooms and ensuring the necessary equipment is available
Arranging logistics for events, conferences, or team activities
Travel Arrangements
Organizing travel plans for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
Preparing itineraries and handling any last-minute changes or issues
Supporting Daily Operations
Handling requests for office maintenance
Ensuring the office environment remains organized and efficient
Assisting other departments with ad hoc tasks as needed
Your profile:
Experience:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
