This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, ambitious team in Clinical Operations. You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee all biosample management activities across clinical studies

• Review clinical study protocols to ensure biosample needs are clearly defined

• Contribute to LIMS (e.g., Watson) database setup and configuration (optional)

• Participate in cross-functional study team meetings to provide biosample expertise

• Coordinate the logistics and ensure alignment across key clinical trial milestones, including document and sample availability

• Manage all aspects of sample handling:

  • Sample tracking and inventory

  • Storage conditions and locations

  • Shipments (incoming/outgoing)

  • Internal distribution

  • Final sample destruction, as needed

• Provide support in sample reconciliation processes and data integrity checks
