What we offer:

  • Project to implement an electronic batch record solution within the packaging business (Execution phase
  • Definition of new processes linked to the electronic management of batch records
  • Risk analysis
  • Development and implementation of a change management strategy
  • Development of a comprehensive training plan for users
  • Design and execution of a transition plan to the new system
  • Project to change ways of working in project mode for the coordination of clinical study logistics (in Business Case phase)
  • Finalization of project scoping
  • Preparation and implementation of the first implementation phase (detailed roadmap with creation of project team)
  • Definition of project methodology (hybrid agile scrum and waterfall mode) and training of logistics project managers (pilot phase)
  • Choice of solution to support this methodology
  • Change management / communication of the transformation project

 

Skills required :

  • Expertise in project management and associated methodologies (Agile)
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and pharmaceutical industry processes
  • Experience in change management (a plus) and training
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
  • Understanding of the challenges involved in digitizing pharmaceutical processes
  • Knowledge of clinical trial procurement processes
