Community Officer – Greece

Job description

The Role : 

The Community officer plays a pivotal role in cultivating a vibrant workplace culture that resonates with our values and vision.  

You are responsible to bridge distances between Greek Hub and the French headquarters, by implementing taylor made communication channels. 

You organize events (quarterly corporate event, YEP or others) and communication to stimulate the participative project at a Greek scale.

You administrate offices to align them with Excelya’s corporate pillars. 

The community officer report to the HRD Greece. You shall be supported by Greek Management & group corporate functions (Marketing/CSR/Communication/Facilities/HR).

 
What will your missions be ? 

Internal Local Communication : 

  • Set an annual Greek communication (both internal, digital & ensures branding) and event plan ; 
  • Design Appropriate annual budget ;  
  • Establish in collaboration with Greek management effective communication channels between headquarters and the Greek subsidiary ; 
  • Send regular updates on ongoing projects and initiatives from headquarters ; 
  • Provide the necessary reporting to CPO and/or ExCom members or add hoc ; 
  • Propose and implement specific Greek communication channels (Newsletter, Country All-Hand, employee of the month, …) while identifying new digital tools ; 
  • Close collaboration with Head of Marketing & Communication ; 
  • Promote local branding activities (newspapers, conferences, etc.).

Office Management :

  • Implement and update visuals in the offices to support corporate communication ; 
  • Promote and boost physical work to match with current hybrid policy, People Managers’ support is needed ; 
  • Teleworking report (via sharepoint) ; 
  • Support Facilities Administrator in case of leave.

CSR and Community Involvement :

  • Develop local corporate social responsibility initiatives aligned with Excelya’s guidelines ; 
  • Promote employee engagement in community projects ; 
  • 12 YEPs within the first 12 months. 

Experience :

  • Master’s degree specialized in sales, communication or digital ;
  • Minimum one year experience in communication is required.
