The Quality Assurance Director ensures that services provided by the company are fit for purpose, meet customer requirements, and comply with current applicable national and international legislation, guidelines, and regulations. Additionally, this role drives operational excellence initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization, transforming quality management into a strategic business partner function.
This position is hybrid, based in Athens, Greece or Paris, France combines traditional quality assurance leadership with business transformation capabilities to enhance operational effectiveness while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Main Responsibilities

• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to balance quality requirements,
  business optimization, and process efficiency using Quality and OPEX metrics.
• Identify opportunities for innovation to enhance QA activities, processes, and
  systems. Maintain certifications (ISO, GxP,…) and implement operational excellence
  methodologies.
• Lead & supervise client audits and regulatory inspections, organize and oversee
  internal audits, and manage the non-compliance and CAPA system.
• Participate in RFI processes, software validation, and coordinate the annual risk
  assessment process.
• Ensure GxP compliance, uphold regulatory standards, and support Data
  Protection, Information Security, and Ethics committees.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and
  external stakeholders to foster collaboration.
• Provide expert insights and problem-solving, apply change management
  strategies, and initiate & drive innovation initiatives.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment within the QA department and
  among the stakeholder community and the organization as a whole
• Align strategic objectives with operational efficiency to deliver excellence in
  quality management.
