For instance, the organization takes care of processes such as financial and personnel administration. In addition, the organization supports a leading pharmaceutical company in the field of information services to the Benelux market and beyond. In order to expand the medical information team, we would love to meet candidates in possession of a university master’s degree in a medical or life-sciences field.

Function

As a Medical Information Officer, you will be working as a member of the Customer Contact Center team. Here, you will be handling enquiries relating to the roughly 85 products that our client, a leading pharmaceutical company with a focus on oncology and vaccines, currently has on the market. For this specific role you will be handling medical information requests from physicians, pharmacists and patients by both phone and e-mail. You will be handling these medical information requests according to legislation and regulations, within a certain time limit, and with an emphasis on a high degree of quality and satisfaction towards the customer. You will have the responsibility to correctly document and process information with great attention to detail.

Profile

Profile

A master’s degree in a medical direction, such as Pharmacy or Biomedical Sciences;
Preferably some experience within the pharmaceutical industry = asset;
The ability to communicate effectively on a medical level within and outside the organization;
Communicative skills, systematic, accurate, stress resistant, coordinating capacity, pragmatic, problem solving, and customer oriented;
Good command of the French and English language, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Dutch would be a plus.
