Main Responsibilities
Report to the Head of International Department and manage PV contract compliance projects in collaboration with an external service provider.
Ensure all pharmacovigilance agreements with commercial partners are compliant with regulatory and internal standards.
Draft, review, and update PV contracts in coordination with affiliates, Global Safety units, and International Safety Project Leads.
Track and document all PV contract updates, ensuring alignment with evolving regulations and internal policies.
Oversee and coordinate activities of the external provider managing PV contracts.
Monitor provider performance, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
Organize regular meetings with the service provider to assess project progress and resolve any issues.
Develop and monitor KPIs to evaluate provider effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to other pharmacovigilance-related missions as assigned by management.
