Main Responsibilities

• Manage the Delivery of a portfolio of projects as part of a continuous improvement approach (Quality, Cost, Delivery):
• Define and monitor key performance indicators such as quality, productivity and client satisfaction.
• Implement / improve tools for workload management, skills management, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure project delivery
• Oversee financial project reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency of financial datas.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency strategies.
• Coach and train project teams
• Support teams in drafting responses to calls for tenders, ensuring strategic alignment

About You

• Experience: Proven success in consulting industry, with the ability to navigate complex challenges in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Skills: Strong organizational abilities, problem-solving mindset, and excellent communication skills.
• Education: Graduate from an engineering school or equivalent (Master’s degree)
• Languages: Fluent in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
• Mindset: Highly autonomous and flexible, with a proactive approach to challenges.
