The Senior Associate Clinical Contracts & Budgets (SCBA) manages all site-related contracting and budget negotiations according to the current ICH-Good Clinical Practice guidelines, the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the applicable laws and regulations. SCBA also supports contracting with local vendors and ensures payments in accordance with contracts.

• Experience: Experience in clinical research obtained on clinical trials or relevant work experience in legal, finance administration, accounting or contracting will be considered as a plus.
• Skills: Very good communication and organizational skills, ability in handling documents and good writing ability, time management & commitment to results, attention to detail, self-motivated and able to work both independently and within teams, ability to work with little supervision, self-confidence, excellent MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
• Education: University, technical institute and/or other relevant college graduate (finance, accounting, sciences or legal degree is considered is considered as a plus).
• Languages: Fluent in English.
