You will play a critical part in driving innovation and making an impact in the clinical research space, while enjoying a stimulating professional environment that encourages personal and intellectual growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Optimize operational processes and item/supplier data based on master production records within the medical regulatory framework.
  • Compile data from multiple sources, clean, transform, and load it into the new system (purchasing, production, inventory, logistics, planning).
  • Verify and adjust ERP functionality through testing and validation.
  • Optimize the tracking of manufacturing orders for finished and semi-finished products.
  • Implement new planning tools in the ERP to align short- and medium-term weekly plans with internal and external production capacity constraints (mechanical parts manufacturing, subcontracted operations, internal controls, and logistics).
  • Create reports and operational dashboards to monitor KPIs and facilitate decision-making.
  • Write user work instructions for ERP operations.
  • Provide training and support to ERP users.
  • Improve inventory management using the ERP system.

  • Experience: Proven ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-moving environments (avoid requiring minimum years—talent matters most to us!)
  • Skills: knowledge of supply chain and production processes, and of business functions in ERP-type information systems
  • Education: Master degree’s in engineering 
  • Languages: Fluency in French
