Purpose of the role:

As a Talent Officer you are responsible for the recruitment process from internal hiring manager / sales need until hiring. You will support the process of generating and attracting new employees across Europe for our Scientific operations, sourcing and interviewing candidates for Clinical Operations, Biometrics, Regulatory, Safety, Quality, Activities and providing support to corporate roles too.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business clients (internal) to understand their recruiting needs, keep the hiring managers informed about the recruitment status, manage their expectations during the selection process and provide high quality recruiting services by maintaining a good client contact (relationship management).
  • Engage the most qualified graduated and experienced candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of your internal clients.
  • Guide your candidates throughout their entire candidate journey – from recruitment, to pre-screening, during the interviews (preparation and participation to candidate interview) and right through to the end of the recruitment process.
  • Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to attract candidates.
  • Posting vacancies on job boards and company website
  • Sourcing via social media and various recruitment channels
  • Telephone screening of candidates
  • One-to-one interviews via your own recruitment method
  • Build an extensive pipeline & network of key talent within the niche market of Excelya
  • Employer branding: participation in job fairs and events, maintaining contacts with educational institutions.

Skills & Knowledge:

  1. You have at least a bachelor’s degree.
  2. You have 1 year experience at least in recruitment,
  3. Have experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  4. Highly communicative and proactive towards your peers, candidates and clients.
  5. Strong sense of collaboration to advance as a recruitment team.
  6. You are passionate about recruitment.
  7. You are fluent level in Greek and English.
  8. You are looking for autonomy in your job, you are result-oriented and a real go-getter.
