Talent Officer Senior (Position based in Amstelveen)

 

As a Talent Officer Senior you are responsible for the recruitment process from client need until hiring. You will take the lead in generating and attracting new employees across Europe for our Clinical operation, biometrics, regulatory, safety, quality, activities.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business clients (internal & external) to understand their recruiting needs (intake), keep the hiring managers informed about the recruitment status, manage their expectations during the selection process and provide high quality recruiting services by maintaining a good client contact (relationship management).
  • Engage the most qualified graduated and experienced candidates, while understanding the dynamic hiring needs of your internal clients.
  • Guide your candidates throughout their entire candidate journey – from (active) recruitment, to pre-screening, during the interviews (preparation and participation to candidate interview) and right through to the end of the recruitment process.
  • Manage the re-hiring of bench persons (internal staff)
  • Being responsible for price setting related to outsourcing activities towards clients, simulate salary’s and manage salary negotiations to get the candidate on board.
  • Drive proactive sourcing initiatives to attract candidates.
  • Posting vacancies on job boards and company website
  • Sourcing via social media and various recruitment channels
  • Telephone screening of candidates
  • One-to-one interviews via your own recruitment method
  • Build an extensive pipeline & network of key talent within the niche market of Excelya
  • Employer branding: participation in job fairs and events, maintaining contacts with educational institutions.

 

Skills and experiences demanded:

  • You have at least a Bachelor degree
  • You have 2-5 year experience in recruitment, managing stakeholders internally and externally
  • Hunting experience, knowing how to target the profile sought and experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience in conducting face-to-face interviews
  • Experience in presenting short lists and candidates to a client
  • Highly communicative and proactive towards your peers, candidates and clients.
  • Strong sense of collaboration to advance as a recruitment team.
  • You have a fluent level in Dutch and English.
