Excelya is currently seeking for a qualified candidate to join our team for the position of tiering manager.

Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Development and maintenance of HCP tiering database across countries
  • Creation of tiering methodology and improvement aiming for simplification
  • Prepares for tiering validation

Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service orientation.
  • Innovative mindset, change management.
  • High attention to detail, capable of asking insightful questions.
  • Digital literacy.
  • Accountability and sense of urgency, able to find flexible solutions on the spot when challenges arise.
  • Superior organizational and adaptability skills.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Languages: Advanced English.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Biotechnology or Pharmaceuticals, with strong exposure to Medical and Commercial activities and global process management knowledge.
  • Strong collaboration, conceptual and innovation skills.
  • Strong implementing capabilities.
  • Previous experience leading cross-functional teams; strong team player.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change within a global organization, cultivating support and maximizing contribution from team members.
  • Experience leading without authority in a matrix environment.
  • Facilitation and presentation skills, Impact and influence competencies, ability to champion strategic change initiatives and promote adoption of best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Project/Program management capabilities.
  • Experience in managing vendors and external business partners.
  • Understands the impact of change and impact to the end user.
  • Conflict resolution, and ability to facilitate decision-making, negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter attitude.
  • Customer focus; interpersonal savvy with respect for people.
